This document governs the terms of use of the TrendTopic platform (“service”, “platform”). By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to accept these terms.
1. Description of Service
TrendTopic is an AEO/GEO platform that converts your business data into structured data for AI search engines. Using standards like Schema.org, JSON-LD and llms.txt, our service aims to make your business visible to AI assistants.
2. Account Obligations
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date
- Keeping your password secure is your responsibility
- All actions taken on your account are deemed taken on your behalf
- The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes
3. Content Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy and copyright ownership of the business information you add. Misleading, fake or rights-infringing content may not be uploaded. TrendTopic reserves the right to remove such content without notice.
4. Warranty and Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We provide the technical infrastructure for visibility in AI search engines; however, since the behavior of AI systems is determined by third-party companies (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), we cannot guarantee definite visibility.
5. Pricing and Payment
During the early period the service is offered free of charge. The post-launch pricing model will be announced and existing users will be informed. Your explicit consent is obtained before any subscription begins.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these terms.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Significant changes will be notified by email. If you wish to reject the terms, you may terminate your account.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
